Sunflower Sprout in Spicy Salad Dressing with White Prawn
(White Wine & Sparkling Wine)
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Palm sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Smooth chili sauce
- Cherry tomato
- Red shallot
- Sunflower sprout
- White prawn
- PB Valley white wine
Method
- Mix palm sugar, lime juice, fish sauce and smooth chili sauce until sugar dissolves.
- Add chopped tomatoes, shallots and prawn to sprouts.
- Add all sauce onto salad, along with wine to taste.
