Ingredients

  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup palm sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsps. Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsps. Cooking wine
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tbsps. Dried chili crushed
  •  1 ½ tbsps. Corn starch
  • 4 tbsps. Chopped coriander
  • Salt
½ cup chopped pineapple
