Mamsen’s is a cozy Scandinavian deli serving authentic Norwegian dishes like traditional waffles and open-faced sandwiches.

• Mamsen’s is a dedicated Scandinavian-inspired deli, named after the Hagen family matriarch, serving Norwegian specialties for breakfast, lunch, and snacks whilst focusing on the stories behind the food.
• The venue features traditional offerings like waffles from Mamsen’s original recipe, open-faced sandwiches, and split pea soup, with a cozy separate restaurant area for dining.
• Viking’s Chairman Torstein Hagen and daughter Karine collaborated with the culinary team to recreate their family’s favorite recipes, ensuring authenticity in every dish. The tableware also replicates traditional crockery used by the Hagen family.
• In addition to Mamsen’s, onboard dining includes The Restaurant, featuring daily-changing menus with regional specialties, and Manfredi’s, inspired by Italian trattorias.
• The Restaurant offers dishes such as bouillabaisse stew, seared lobster tail, and poached Norwegian salmon, served with complimentary beers and wines.
• Manfredi’s merges traditional Tuscan flavors with local ingredients, serving hearty dishes like gorgonzola gnocchi and bistecca, along with desserts like tiramisu, all included in the cruise package.
