After a day exploring Dublin, you can swing by the famous Temple Bar area for an evening of mirth and merriment.

• There is a Viking exclusive evening excursion that takes you to Temple Bar, offering guests a night enjoying some traditional fold entertainment at Malahide’s Hotel the Grand.
• Hotels and pubs are an important part of Irish culture, providing a casual, friendly atmosphere in which locals can gather together and enjoy hearty food and drink.
• The evening starts with a warm Irish welcome, before sitting down to enjoy a 4-course meal, followed by an Irish coffee – a little bit of coffee, a lot of sugar and cream and a shot of whiskey.
• Ireland is famous for its Celtic song-and-dance traditions, and it’s hard not to immerse yourself in an energetic performance of classic Irish folk music and dance.
• The Irish band Damhsa, named from the Gaelic word for dance, run an evening of traditional Irish music, dance and stories.
• The show gives you a unique feel for Irish history and culture, with the girls wearing older style costumes.
• Guests are invited to get up and join in with an Irish jig.
