- Bobbin serves the best coffee in Belfast. Recently refurbished as part of the renovations of Belfast City Hall’s East Wing, this is a great place for a light breakfast or lunch – make sure to try Loaf’s famous traditional pork sausage roll.
- Established in 1897, Sawers is Northern Ireland’s oldest deli. It has been described as an Aladdin’s cave of culinary delights, serving the very best fresh seafood, olives, cheese, charcuterie, cooked meats and Italian pastries.
- Co Couture has been recognised for its chocolates across Ireland and internationally. The hot chocolate here is incredible, with 4 different blends having been included in the top 11 hot chocolates in the world.
- The brownies here are low in calories and sugar, but full of chocolate.
- The Jailhouse, home to a mean seafood chowder, has quite a harsh past. This was where prisoners were held before being publicly hanged in the Cornmarket.
- The Morning Star is one of Belfast’s oldest pubs, dating back to 1810. It got its name from the nickname the boys working at the old mail coach depot, as this was their first point of call – usually as the rest of Belfast was fast asleep.
- Armagh Country grows more than 5000 acres of apple trees, mostly for cider – the cider here is some of the best you could hope to try.
