Trevor visits one of the prettiest towns in the world; Banff that is famous for its surreally coloured lakes, majestic mountains and endless options for outdoor activities.

• Banff is home to 9000 residents and over 4 million visitors a year.
• The local first nations people are known to have lived on this land for at least 10,000 years.
• Embark on a cultural tour called the Mahikan Trails Medicine Walk that gives insight to the rich indigenous history in the region, and allows you to explore the beautiful Cascade Ponds area.

• Take a trip in town to the Grizzly House opened by Barbara and Peter Steiner in 1967.
• At the time it was Western Canada’s first disco and was known for its touring bands and go-go dancers.
