This Buddhist resort was founded in the Tang Dynasty and when you step into this magnificent temple overlooking the city, the architecture will naturally attract your attention. - Another popular attraction is the Xiamen University. Voted the most beautiful campus in China, its majestic architecture surrounds the romantic Lotus Lake in the centre. Stroll in the beautiful natural setting and enjoy the unparalleled views of the sea.
- Continue your exploration of Xiamen with a bike ride along the city’s seaside promenade or head to the popular Zhongshan Road shopping district and browse through this busy pedestrian area.
