Trevor enjoys a day of touring and tasting at the Hilli Goat Farm. This local business is owned and operated with love by a young couple, whose passion for artisan cheese and homegrown produce has propelled the personalised tour.

• The Hilli Goat Farm is located at Anson Bay.
• Emily Ryves has lived on the Hilli Goat property her entire life, and today owns and operates the farm with her husband, Zach.
• The goats at The Hilli Goat Farm are the only goats on Norfolk Island. They were imported by Emily and her husband to start the farm.
• Together, they’ve curated the Hilli Goat Cheese Tour which takes visitors on a stroll around the edible gardens to meet and interact with the happy “hilli” goats.
• The tour concludes at Emily’s family home where visitors can sit back, relax and take in the beautiful ocean and valley views, all while enjoying a cheese tasting of astronomical proportions.
• The Hilli Goat Farm has a fantastic range of skincare products. Made from the locally produced goat milk, this range is designed to be natural and gentle on the skin.
