Penang Botanical Gardens

Penang Botanical Gardens

Trevor and the crew set off on yet another adventure around the Island of Penang. First up they visited the Penang Botanical Gardens. It was stunning, Waterfalls, ponds, and a massive variety of tropical plants.

The Gardens are actually considered by many people to be one of Malaysia’s finest botanical collections. Another draw card though is the 200 or so Rhesus Monkeys that are lingering around the gardens! They love to be fed!

Neville and Trevor were blown away by the Khoo Kongsi temple, that is considered the most beautiful temple in Penang and much of Malaysia. The history of the clan who built it can be traced back 650 years even though the building itself is only 102 years old.

After a another full day of filming we all had itchy feet to get back to our rooms at the resort!
