Trevor and Scott travel to Lac-Beauport, Quebec, visiting the Sugar Shack for a maple syrup lesson and experience of the region.

• The Sugar Shack run by Richard Lessard takes the guys out to the maple trees, Richard hammers a tap into the maple trees trunks and hangs a bucket off the tap- the maple water is collected in the buckets. Springtime is when they collect the maple water.

• 40 liters of maple water makes around 1 liter of maple syrup.

• Scott tries maple butter made with 100% maple syrup and visits the souvenir shop offering everything maple.

• The Sugar Sack also offers classic lumberjack activities including the tomahawk- axe throwing in traditional clothing.
