The Michelin chef and the Lodge’s executive chef shows us a Canadian favourite: Alberta beef. He shows us the traditional dish with a Christmas twist with delicious ribs and tender beef, which has been braised for 3-4 hours, along with a flavour-filled sauce, carrot puree with orange, forest mushrooms, vegetables, herbs and shallots. This dish is served to around 1200-1300 very happy customers during Christmas in November and is simple exquisite.
